How to Use our Online Booking System!

Okay, so you've heard me talk about our new online booking system but your still not sure how to use it.

This month we are providing step by step instructions on how to book appointments online. It's very simple and easy to understand and it allows you to see all open time slots for a particular day and stylist.

Step 1: go to the Creations Website Click on Appointments from the menu You will then be directed to our online booking system
Step 2: Choose a Service The default is Haircuts
Step 3: When you've added a service you will see it on the left hand side You can add another service or click I am finished adding services
Step 4: Now choose your stylist or choose first available
Step 5: Next choose a date for your appointment
Step 6: Once you choose a date, you will see a list of times available click on the one you would like
Step 7: Login to your account or Create an Account
Step 8: Add additional info or click continue
Step 9: Click Schedule Appointment You will then receive a confirmation number for your appointment. You will receive an e-mail confirmation as well. 24 hours before you appointment you will receive an e-mail reminder of your appointment.
It's really that easy!! Give it a try today.
